• Apache error log has "File does not exist:" error messages.
• ListenUp slow to load the first time.
• The first call from JavaScript to ListenUp Applet delays for several seconds.

JavaScript Problems

• I call setUploadCompletionScript("blahblah();") but blahblah() never gets called.
